1. Who We Are
SayNowChat is operated by Life Change Foundation ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the SayNowChat mobile and web applications and related services (the "Service").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. What SayNowChat Is and Is Not
3.1 SayNowChat is:
- A mental wellness and self-reflection tool using AI-guided conversations.
- A platform to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal development.
- A way to track progress through structured content and activities.
3.2 SayNowChat is not:
- A medical device or a substitute for professional care.
- An emergency service or crisis response tool.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not share your login credentials.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload or share content that violates the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute AI models or training data.
6. AI Content and Limitations
- Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.
- We may improve the Service based on aggregated usage data.
7. Paid Features and Pricing
7.1 Paid Features
We may offer paid features such as courses, credits, or premium content. Paid features are optional and are clearly disclosed before purchase.
7.2 Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before you complete a purchase and may change over time.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. You can request refunds directly in-app from Profile > Payment History using the Request refund action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Life Change Foundation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content to provide and improve the Service.
- We will not publicly share your personal content without your explicit consent.

11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Change Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before filing a claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
