Trauma takes time. We’re here when you’re ready.
A slow, careful course on noticing and naming what happened — written by a UK counsellor. Pause whenever you need to. Resume when you can.
You’re not the only one feeling this.
A real counsellor, on your phone, when you need her.
Built on the method the NHS already uses.
Every course was written by a UK counsellor with hundreds of client hours behind her. The techniques are the same ones NICE recommends as a first-line treatment for anxiety and low mood.
over 20 years of practice
Not a wellness team guessing at what helps. A counsellor who has sat with hundreds of people like you and built the courses from those hours.

CBT is the first-line approach recommended by NICE for most common anxiety presentations. Same method, different format.
NICE guidelines CG113 & NG222Equivalent in effect, not in form
Meta-analyses across four decades show CBT delivered through guided self-help is effective for everyday anxiety and low mood — close to in-person, when followed.

What members tell us, carefully.
Needed something I could stop in the middle of without explaining myself. The course let me do that. That mattered as much as the content did.— Member, age 38, Cardiff
Slower than I expected. That’s the point.— Member, age 41, Norwich
Six months of having it on my phone before I opened lesson 4. It was still there.— Member, age 33, London

Things people ask.
Is a course the right thing for trauma?
For everyday processing of past events and learning to notice triggers, yes. For complex PTSD or recent acute trauma, please also work with a trauma-trained therapist — a course shouldn’t be your only support.
What if a section is too much?
Stop. Close the app. Come back tomorrow or next month. The course is designed for that, not against it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything you write or record is encrypted and stays with you. Even we can’t see your data. We don’t share it with insurers, employers or third parties.
